FIRST PRIDE Crispy Strips, as per instructions on pack

Avocado, Diced

1 pcs

Jalapeno, Sliced thin

2 pcs

Tomato, Seeded & Diced

220 gm

Onion, Diced

75 gm

Garlic, Minced

30 gm

Coriander, Chopped

20 gm

Lime, Zested & Juiced

2 pcs

Thai Chili, Chopped

2 pcs

Sriracha Sauce

100 ml

Cheddar or Vegan Cheese (optional), Shredded

Cook FIRST PRIDE Crispy Strips as per instructions on pack.

Combine tomato, onion, garlic, coriander, lime, chili, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix to combine. Taste and adjust lime, salt and pepper as desired. Keep chilled

Place Crispy Strips into an oven safe baking dish

On top of the Crispy Strips, add sriracha, jalapeno and cheese. Bake in a 200'c pre-heated oven for 6-8 minutes

Remove from oven and top with avocado and tomato salsa

Serve on a heat safe surface and enjoy
