FIRST PRIDE Spicy Nuggets, as per instructions on pack

10 pcs

Romain / Cos Lettuce, Washed and Cut into desired size

200 gm

Cherry Tomato, Washed and Cut into desired size

100 gm

Caesar dressing

Vegan Mayonnaise

200 gm

Dijon / Wholegrain Mustard

25 gm

Garlic, Finely minced

15 gm

Capers, Finely minced

10 gm

Lemon, Zest & Juiced

1 pc

Brown Sugar

50 gm

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

50 ml

Crouton

Crusty bread pieces, Cubed or Torn to 2cm pieces

100 gm

Olive oil

50 ml

Italian seasoning

Chili Flake

5 gm

Garlic powder

Directions

Cook FIRST PRIDE Spicy Nuggets as per instructions on pack. Set aside.

Toss bread pieces with crouton ingredients until thoroughly coated

Place bread pieces on a baking tray and toast in an oven at 185°C for 12 minutes.

Stir the croutons once or twice during the toasting to ensure even browning.

In a large bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients until fully combined. Set aside

Add in lettuce / romaine, tomato and croutons and toss to combine

Serve onto salad plates/bowls and top with Spicy Nuggets.
